This cozy duplex bungalow is fully equipped and has a double bed (160x200), a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen and towels (but no beach and bath towels) and bed linen are included. Enjoy your favorite program on the German / English / Spanish smart TV or relax on the large sunny terrace. High-speed internet (fiber optics) is also available.

House rules
House rules
Tenants are obliged to comply with the house rules. The house rules are available in the rented premises. If required, this can also be sent to you in advance as a PDF document.

1. An outdoor camera is installed on the terrace for security reasons. However, the outside camera is only activated when the bungalow is not occupied. There are no cameras in the bungalow. There are only motion detectors and a smoke detector.

2. Kitchen
Please handle the kitchen equipment and technical equipment with care. Since nobody likes a dirty kitchen, please only place crockery, pots and cutlery in the cupboards if they are clean and dry. Please do not place hot pots and other hot objects on the table or worktop without a coaster. Always use a cutting board as a base for cutting. Please leave the interior of the microwave in a clean condition.

We ask our guests to treat the rental property with care and to ensure that fellow travelers and relatives also comply with the rental conditions.

3. Ironing
An ironing board is available. Please use this to iron.

4. Each bungalow offers space for a maximum of 2 adults + 1 child/teenager.
Unregistered persons are not allowed to stay in the holiday bungalow. If more people are found than booked, the contract will be canceled immediately and the bungalow must be vacated immediately. There is then a breach of contract.

5. Damage
No one intentionally breaks things, but breaking something can happen to anyone. Please let us know the damage that has occurred so that we do not only notice it after your departure during the final cleaning.
The tenant is liable for culpable damage to furnishings, rented rooms or the building as well as the systems belonging to the rented rooms or the building if and to the extent that it was culpably caused by him or his companions or visitors.

6. Domiciliary rights
In the case of immediately necessary repairs, it can be essential that the landlord has to enter the holiday apartment without the knowledge of the guest.

For security reasons, an outdoor camera is installed in the terrace area.

7. Disposal
At the latest on departure, the waste must be disposed of in the appropriate containers at the central waste station. No rubbish, leftovers, harmful liquids or the like may be thrown or poured into the kitchen sink, toilets, washbasin and shower! Avoid anything that can lead to blockages in the pipes (no hygiene articles in the toilet).

8. Rest Periods
In the spirit of being a good neighbor, we ask you to observe the public rest periods such as lunchtime, nighttime and Sunday rest. Out of respect, silence should also be maintained in the holiday apartment itself between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
Afternoon rest: 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m

9. key
Please never give out the front door or apartment key. Loss of the key must be reported immediately; the guest is liable up to the amount of the replacement costs (since the key belongs to a locking system, several locks have to be changed in the event of loss).
Please remember to return the keys when you leave.

10. Thrust Use
Please remove shoes in the bungalow for hygienic reasons.

11. Arrival and Departure
Arrival is usually from 3:00 p.m. Earlier arrival is also possible by arrangement. On the day of departure, we ask our guests to vacate the apartment by 11:00 a.m. at the latest. When you leave, the apartment should look the way you found it when you arrived.
Please note the following small checklist before your departure:
• Empty the fridge and freezer, switch them off and leave them open
• Empty the kitchen trash can
• Empty the bathroom cosmetics bucket
• Strip beds, leave laundry on beds
• Leave the apartment swept clean and please wash the dishes and pottery
• Close windows and doors

12. Internet Use
The guest undertakes to use the owner's W-LAN service lawfully. In the context of use, he assures that he will not retrieve or distribute any criminally relevant content or violate any other rights of third parties.

The guest is prohibited
harm or impair other fellow users or internet services;
provide data for the purpose of file sharing, or illegally reproduce, distribute or otherwise make available other copyrighted goods;
to send messages with advertising content to third parties unsolicited and in an anti-competitive manner via email, internet forums or similar;
or other immoral or illegal content, in particular content that is hostile to the constitution, pornographic, criminal, terrorist or otherwise objectionable, via the W-LAN.

The guest is responsible for the content that he retrieves, posts or disseminates in any other way. The owner reserves the right to block existing access if the co-user violates the owner's terms of use.

13. Using the Swimming Pool
The use and enjoyment of the pool entails a reasonable use and a series of responsibilities that are
mandatory to observe, therefore, we remember the following:
• The pool hours andsummer time will be from 09:00 hours to 21:00 hours.
• The pool schedule in winter hours will be from 09:00 to 18:30 hours.
• The pool schedule is mandatory, in such a way that the Community of Owners is not
responsible for those events that occur in this facility outside these hours, while
informing that the security service has an order not to allow the use or stay in it,
outside the established hours.
• Smoking is strictly forbidden in the solarium and lawn area of the pool.
• It is mandatory to wear appropriate clothing and footwear in the pool.
• It is mandatory to shower before using the pool.
• It is not allowed to reserve hammocks by depositing bags or towels in them, in such a
way that the one that is not occupied by a person will be understood as free.
• It is not allowed to take hammocks from the solarium of the pool.
• It is forbidden to jump headlong into the pool, as well as "bomb" type introductions
or others that splash other users and that, in addition, pose a risk to bathers.
• It is forbidden to use balls and mats in the pool area, as well as the solarium.
• It is forbidden to stay in the pool area with glasses or other glass appliances.
• It is forbidden to use the pool under the influence of alcohol or narcotic substances.
• Those who use the pool have to leave the facility without any residue, such as cans,
food, etc.
• Children under 14 years old cannot stay alone in the pool, it is recommended that
parents or guardians take care of their children at all times.

14. Smoking only allowed in the garden or on the terrace.

Visit the dunes of Maspalomas, which are within walking distance. But Playa del Ingles can also be easily reached on foot, for example to enjoy the nightlife there.
But also a trip to the mountains with z. B. a rental car is a worthwhile trip.
There is also a lot to discover in the north of the island. The "rain forest" of Gran Canaria near the town of Moyà invites you to go hiking. Agaete, a very beautiful harbor town, is well worth seeing, as is Playa de las Canteras near the city of Las Palmas.
